Benoît Biedermann

Benoît Biedermann is a partner at STUDIO LEGAL. He has developed particular expertise in corporate taxation, especially regarding restructuring, acquisition, transfer, and sale of companies, as well as financing and implementation of employee participation plans.

As such, his clients include start-ups, SMEs, holding companies, and international groups.

He also advises individuals on personal tax matters, whether they are self-employed, employees, taxed on expenditure (lump-sum taxation), at source, or under the ordinary regime. He assists with asset structuring, succession planning, relocation to Switzerland or abroad.

He advises on real estate acquisitions, incorporation of real estate companies, and sales.

Benoît also supports clients in the context of crypto-asset holdings, including cryptocurrencies, NFTs, investment or utility tokens, and assists with ICOs and ITOs.

He has extensive experience in commercial law, M&A, and contracts: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting tax and legal due diligence, setting up shareholders’ agreements, managing mergers, and organizing fundraising and financing rounds.
