Diego Leis

Diego Leis is one of the founding partners of STUDIO LEGAL. His practice focuses on the resolution of commercial, financial and corporate disputes, in both civil and criminal contexts. He also advises individuals and businesses on a broad range of legal and strategic matters relating to the management and protection of their interests.

He frequently represents Swiss and international clients in complex proceedings, including applications for urgent interim measures such as injunctions, freezing orders and legal charges aimed at preserving their rights.

He has significant experience in shareholder disputes, governance-related conflicts, and post-transaction litigation. He also acts in an advisory capacity on issues of corporate governance, contractual exposure and the structuring of private or business assets.

In parallel, Diego Leis is regularly involved in matters relating to cryptocurrencies and the art market, two areas in which he has a longstanding personal interest. His understanding of their key players, practices and underlying dynamics enables him to deliver added value in both strategic and contentious contexts.

Diego places equal importance on building a strong client relationship and delivering precise, thoughtful legal work.

Since 2024, Diego also serves as secretary lawyer and treasurer of the Young Bar Committee of the Geneva Bar Association.
