Lisa PALAZON is an associate at STUDIO LEGAL. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contract law, banking and financial law, data protection, and tax law.
She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2024, after completing the Certificate of Specialization in Legal Practice (ECAV) in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Geneva and a bilingual French-German Master’s degree in civil and criminal law jointly awarded by the Universities of Geneva and Basel.
Before joining STUDIO LEGAL, Lisa completed her legal traineeship and subsequently worked as an associate at well-established law firms in Geneva.
