Paul Michel is one of the founding partners of STUDIO LEGAL. His preferred areas are employment law, social insurance, immigration law, and civil procedure. He also advises on commercial law and artificial intelligence. He supports companies in all personnel management challenges and civil and administrative disputes.
He has solid experience in complex employment law, restructuring (acquisition, mass layoffs, etc.), end-of-employment negotiations, and intragroup remuneration systems. His advice is strengthened by his expertise in social insurance and immigration law.
Paul is also regularly retained by private individuals and high-net-worth families in Switzerland and abroad regarding all aspects of staff management.
He is further specialized in civil and administrative litigation, representing companies and pension funds in proceedings across French-speaking Switzerland and before federal courts.
Paul is a laureate of several rhetoric competitions, including the prestigious Nançoz competition.
